Product Returns

Unwanted Items

 

Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Please include a copy of your receipt and a covering letter detailing the reasons for return.
If we need to send out a replacement item there may be an additional postage charge.
For refunds please allow up to 10 working days for any refunds to show on your credit/debit card from when we received the goods.
In some circumstances a credit note may be issued instead of a refund.

 

Incorrectly Supplied Goods

 

If you need to return an incorrectly supplied item the cost of the return postage will be refunded at the standard Royal Mail Recorded Delivery rate.

 

Warranty Returns

 

Please telephone us first to arrange any warranty return.
Please include a copy of your receipt and a covering letter detailing the reasons for return.
Please note, warranty items sometimes need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection.
Postage costs and any labour costs are not covered under warranty, however we will always try to help you & deal with any problems quickly & fairly.

Cancelling an order

 

If you would like to cancel you order before we have dispatched it to you, please use one of the contact methods below stating your order ID and the goods that you have ordered. Note that if we have already dispatched the order you will need to use the returns policy and return the goods back to us unused in original condition.
